... frankly it was surprising that it said that because of the amount of coffee we bought, the shipping cost would be covered by Bei&Nannini, at least that's what it says on the company’s online shop. It turned out that doesn't work outside of Italy. Besides the issues with shipping the coffee is excellent and nothing to complain about.
