How to prepare it with the Moka

Arrange the barley filters until the mocha filter is completely covered. The intensity of the taste depends on the number of filters that are used.

How to prepare with the Espresso Machine

Place the barley pod in the filter of the machine making sure that it lies flat and proceed as a normal espresso.

The Infusion

Immerse the barley pod directly in boiling water for about a minute, squeezing it slightly with a teaspoon to facilitate the infusion. The infusion time determines the more or less strong taste.
